Our technical staff is equipped with the latest technology in meters and security tools and drive late model vehicles, some of which are white to blend in with most cable MSO vehicles currently in use across the country. We take pride in our work and believe in doing the job right the first time. All technicians are required to be clean cut and professional.
- Direct Sales: Door to door marketing of products & services for the telecommunications industry, providing the acquisition of new subscribers.
- Auditing: Visual passings and technical audits for database changes, upgrades, and unauthorized service indentifications.
- Non-pay collections: Door to door collection programs designed to meet the clients needs, disconnection of services and equipment retrieval performed when multiple collection attempts fail.
- Cable Theft Investigations: The National Cable & Telecommunications Association (NCTA) based in Washington, D.C. has estimated the annual industry loss due to illegal cable at $6.6 Billion. This figure is a result of a recent survey conducted by NCTA in which only 6 cable providers out of 600 responded. All American Cable Services in conjunction with its auditing efforts approaches the customer in a friendly and informative manner with the highest level of integrity. We consider their side of the story, using an investigative rather than accusatory tone, and attempt to subscribe the customer rather than disconnecting the service. Annually we convert close to 50% of all illegal subscribers we locate to paying customers.
